What to know first

  • Daily Boost lists tadalafil and DHEA, not Ready’s three-drug formula.
  • The DHEA studies reviewed produced mixed results and did not test this combination.
  • A complete product-specific public plan price was not verified.

These product reviews examine public formulation information, research, and service terms. We have not ordered the treatments, tested their effects, or audited patient care. How we research.

What is in Daily Boost?

Rugiet’s Daily Boost page lists tadalafil and DHEA in a daily cinnamon-flavored chew. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor. DHEA is a hormone precursor; its inclusion makes the product different from a tadalafil-only daily prescription.

This is also different from Rugiet Ready, which contains sildenafil, tadalafil, and apomorphine and is marketed in a sublingual format. Choosing between them is a choice about formulation and clinical goals, not simply a different flavor from the same company.

The public material reviewed did not establish a complete strength grid for the actual prescription you might receive. Ask for the amount of each ingredient and why the combined daily formula is appropriate. Do not recreate it by adding an over-the-counter hormone supplement to another ED prescription.

DHEA is not the same as testosterone treatment

The provider markets DHEA in terms of natural testosterone production. A precursor’s biological role does not guarantee that taking it will raise testosterone enough to improve symptoms. It also does not diagnose the reason for fatigue, low desire, or erection difficulties.

Ask whether a hormone evaluation is indicated, what benefit is expected from DHEA, and how it would be measured. An improvement in erections during tadalafil treatment would not by itself show that DHEA changed a hormone level or caused the improvement.

Compare this rationale with tadalafil alone. If the two ingredients address separate goals, ask how they could be adjusted independently and whether other hormone-related medicines or supplements would overlap.

Two DHEA trials with different findings

DHEA research reviewed for context
StudyPopulation and findingLimit for Daily Boost
Reiter et al., 199940 selected men with ED and low DHEA sulfate; questionnaire outcomes favored DHEA.Small study of DHEA, not the tadalafil/DHEA chew.
Morales et al., 200986 men with sexual dysfunction and low testosterone and/or DHEA; no significant sexual-function benefit across the trial groups.Different regimens and population; not a test of Daily Boost.

We reviewed the indexed abstracts of the earlier trial and later randomized study. The first did not report an increase in average testosterone; the second did not demonstrate improved sexual-function outcomes despite a rise in DHEA in its DHEA group.

These findings do not prove that Daily Boost works or does not work for a particular person. They show why a universal claim that DHEA restores testosterone and sexual function would exceed the research reviewed. We did not verify a controlled trial of the finished Daily Boost product.

How to read the cognition and exercise claims

The product page also discusses research about tadalafil, cerebral blood flow, and exercise performance. Those are different questions from whether a tadalafil/DHEA chew improves ED in a given patient. A study in people with cognitive impairment is not automatically evidence of sharper thinking in healthy customers.

Ask which outcomes were actually measured, who was studied, and whether the exact combination was used. Do not let a broad wellness promise obscure the clinical reason for each prescription ingredient. This review does not verify cognition, testosterone, or gym-performance benefits of Daily Boost.

What is still needed for a complete price comparison

We did not verify a complete public Daily Boost plan price tied to quantity, strengths, and billing interval. Rugiet’s membership benefits do not fill in that missing medication total. Ask for the actual quote rather than using Ready’s per-dose marketing figure.

For a daily prescription, the supplied count and days covered matter. Record the amount due now, renewal, any non-member fee, and what happens if one component needs changing before a larger supply is used. Compare a combined product with separately appropriate treatments only after the clinical plan is clear.

Interactions and side effects to review

The drug information describes precautions that matter more than packaging or subscription price. PDE5 inhibitors must not be combined with nitrate medicines or recreational nitrites. Tell the prescriber about riociguat, blood-pressure medicines, alpha-blockers, other ED treatments, and kidney, liver, heart, or eye conditions. A complete medication review is necessary; this list cannot clear a treatment for you.

DHEA adds a hormone-related review beyond tadalafil’s usual precautions. Tell the clinician about hormone treatments, supplements, and relevant medical history. Do not add another testosterone-support product without discussing the total ingredients.

Headache, flushing, indigestion, congestion, and dizziness can occur with ED medicines; individual effects vary. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours or severe symptoms such as chest pain. Sudden vision or hearing loss requires prompt medical help. Tell the treating clinician exactly what you took and when.

Rugiet membership, cancellation, and refunds

Rugiet describes 30- and 90-day memberships with shipping and annual consultation-fee benefits. That does not establish the complete invoice for this product. Confirm quantity, prescription, any non-member fees, and renewal total before comparing plans.

The terms require 72-hour cancellation notice before billing. Support pages also discuss changes at least 24 hours before processing. The deadlines use different events; do not assume the shorter window overrides the subscription terms. Ask which applies and keep confirmation.

The cancellation guide says medication orders cannot be canceled after processing. The refund guidance excludes ordinary dissatisfaction based on lack of efficacy, side effects, or flavor. Incorrect or damaged orders are handled separately. Contact the clinician about treatment response and support about shipments; a medical adjustment does not automatically cancel the next order. We have not tested these processes as patients.

Product-specific alternatives

Hims Sex Rx + Testosterone Support uses a different nutrient blend and does not list DHEA. Ro Daily Rise Gummies list tadalafil without a hormone precursor. Those are meaningful formula differences, not equivalent versions of one daily product.

For a conventional daily tablet, see Ro Daily Tadalafil or Hims Tadalafil. Bring the comparison to a clinician who can evaluate the goals and need for added ingredients.

Frequently asked questions

Does Daily Boost contain testosterone?

The reviewed product page lists tadalafil and DHEA, a hormone precursor. It should not be described as testosterone replacement therapy.

Do the DHEA trials prove this chew works?

No. They studied different regimens, produced mixed findings, and did not test the finished Daily Boost combination.

Can I use Ready’s price for Daily Boost?

No. They are separate products. A matching Daily Boost quote is needed.

Is a daily chew FDA-approved?

This product is compounded and not FDA-approved. The dosage form and schedule do not change that status.
