What to know first

  • Sildenafil + tadalafil + vitamin B12
  • A separately named product in Hims’ current ED catalog.
  • From $35/month

These product reviews examine public formulation information, research, and service terms. We have not ordered the treatments, tested their effects, or audited patient care. How we research.

The exact formulation

The product safety document identifies sildenafil, tadalafil, and vitamin B12. This is the pill listed separately from 3-in-1 Hard Mints in Hims’ current ED catalog. The shared ingredients do not establish identical strengths or pharmacy instructions.

Two of the ingredients are PDE5 inhibitors; the third is a vitamin. Ask for the exact strength of each, the reason for using the combination, and whether a conventional single-ingredient medicine could meet your needs. “3-in-1” is a formulation description, not a measure of clinical effectiveness.

What changes when the combination comes as a pill?

A pill may appeal to someone who prefers a conventional swallowing routine or does not want a flavored chew. That preference should be considered separately from drug selection. Do not chew, split, or use it sublingually based on instructions for a different Hims product.

With a fixed combination, it may be harder to adjust one ingredient without changing the whole prescription. Ask how the clinician would handle headache, dizziness, or a response that is inadequate despite correct use. The appropriate response may be a reassessment rather than adding another medicine.

A separate supplement or existing prescription can duplicate ingredients. Include vitamins as well as ED medicines in your medication list so the prescriber can see the full exposure.

Price and plan details to confirm

From $35/month. The product source and main catalog need to be read together. A starting monthly amount is not a complete quote for every strength, supply, and billing interval. Where no matching price was verified, we leave that gap explicit.

Record the charge due now, prescribed quantity, renewal amount, and next processing date. Do not multiply a general per-use offer from another Hims page into an assumed price for this product. If you are switching formulas, ask whether the old order can be stopped and whether a new supply is charged separately.

Compare actual prescribed uses or supply duration, not package size alone. A daily mint, an as-needed chew, and a multi-ingredient pill may have different commitments even when a monthly headline looks similar.

What the evidence can establish

The 180-patient tadalafil-plus-sildenafil study tested daily tadalafil with as-needed sildenafil, not this branded pill. Its results cannot establish the exact pill’s absorption, timing, or superiority to a chew. We reviewed the indexed abstract, not all trial methods.

The vitamin component also does not convert the ingredient evidence into proof for the finished combination. A useful explanation from the clinician should address your situation, the actual formula, alternatives, and monitoring.

Interactions and side effects to review

The drug information describes precautions that matter more than packaging or subscription price. PDE5 inhibitors must not be combined with nitrate medicines or recreational nitrites. Tell the prescriber about riociguat, blood-pressure medicines, alpha-blockers, other ED treatments, and kidney, liver, heart, or eye conditions. A complete medication review is necessary; this list cannot clear a treatment for you.

This formulation combines PDE5 inhibitors. Standard tadalafil labeling advises against combining it with other medicines in that class. A prescriber should explain the specific rationale, alternatives, and monitoring. Do not reproduce the formula by combining separate pills or overlap products yourself.

Headache, flushing, indigestion, congestion, and dizziness can occur with ED medicines; individual effects vary. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours or severe symptoms such as chest pain. Sudden vision or hearing loss requires prompt medical help. Tell the treating clinician exactly what you took and when.

Hims billing, cancellation, and follow-up

Hims identifies the next order date as the charge and processing date. Check the date shown in your account rather than counting a month from delivery; the first refill may be scheduled early to avoid a gap.

The cancellation instructions ask for action at least 48 hours before the next order. Ending a subscription does not cancel an order already processing or shipped. If you have several subscriptions, each must be managed separately. The refund policy does not guarantee a refund once the pharmacy has processed the order.

Rescheduling or snoozing changes the next order, not necessarily the subscription’s long-term status. Ask the clinician about medication changes and support about billing changes. When a treatment changes, confirm which formula will be in the next shipment and whether a replacement supply creates another charge. We have not placed test orders or measured customer-service response times.

Frequently asked questions

Is Hims 3-in-1 Pill FDA-approved?

No. This is a compounded formulation. The approval of another medicine containing the same ingredient does not apply to this finished product.

Does the listing guarantee availability?

No. A listed product still requires an assessment, an appropriate prescription, and confirmation of the available plan.

Can I use instructions from another chew?

No. Follow the directions for the exact prescription supplied by your clinician and pharmacy.

Does canceling also stop a processing order?

Hims says ending the subscription does not cancel orders already processing or shipped. Check the next order date and act before the published cutoff.
