These product reviews examine public formulation information, research, and service terms. We have not ordered the treatments, tested their effects, or audited patient care. How we research.
The formula and dosage form
The VMAX product page lists vardenafil 14 mg plus tadalafil 18 mg. This is a two-PDE5-inhibitor combination, distinct from MAX’s sildenafil/tadalafil formula. The letters in the name should not hide that medication difference.
The page title uses chewable language while current provider articles describe MAX and VMAX as sublingual tablets. Confirm the actual dosage form and directions with the dispensing pharmacy rather than treating those words as interchangeable. Do not substitute instructions from another BlueChew product.
Why vardenafil changes the medication review
Vardenafil’s drug information calls attention to long-QT and rhythm-related history as well as interacting medicines. A clinician needs to know about those factors even if you previously tolerated tadalafil or sildenafil.
A combination cannot be judged by comparing milligram numbers across different drugs. Fourteen milligrams of one ingredient is not a do-it-yourself equivalent of a different sildenafil strength. The dose and rationale belong in the prescription discussion.
If you are switching from MAX, ask what specific problem the change is meant to address, how response will be reviewed, and how to avoid overlap. A request to change the account plan should not be mistaken for clinical switching instructions.
Published cost examples
The VMAX page advertises from $5.63 each, while the cost article groups MAX/VMAX into approximate monthly pack examples. We have not matched the unit headline to a confirmed plan with all fees and strengths.
Because a provider notice restricts VMAX to certain existing enrollees, confirm eligibility before treating any price as an available new-customer offer. Ask whether changing or ending an existing plan affects the ability to return to it.
Can a new customer select this product?
A BlueChew article includes an account-eligibility notice saying SIL, TAD, VAR, DailyTAD, VMAX, and ENERGY are limited to existing customers already enrolled in those plans, while new customers can choose MAX or GOLD. Other public articles still describe a broader lineup without the same restriction.
We have not tested an authenticated account or completed an intake. Treat the product as a documented offer with account-specific availability, not a promise that a new customer can select it today. Confirm eligibility before relying on a price example or canceling an existing plan you may not be able to restart.
How the evidence relates to this product
Studies of sildenafil plus tadalafil do not directly test vardenafil plus tadalafil. We did not verify a randomized study of the finished VMAX formula establishing superiority over either ingredient alone.
FDA’s compounding guidance also means the product is not an approved generic version of two branded tablets. The prescriber should explain why the exact combination is appropriate, what alternatives exist, and what interaction monitoring is needed.
Interactions and side effects to review
The drug information describes precautions that matter more than packaging or subscription price. PDE5 inhibitors must not be combined with nitrate medicines or recreational nitrites. Tell the prescriber about riociguat, blood-pressure medicines, alpha-blockers, other ED treatments, and kidney, liver, heart, or eye conditions. A complete medication review is necessary; this list cannot clear a treatment for you.
This formulation combines PDE5 inhibitors. Standard tadalafil labeling advises against combining it with other medicines in that class. A prescriber should explain the specific rationale, alternatives, and monitoring. Do not reproduce the formula by combining separate pills or overlap products yourself.
Headache, flushing, indigestion, congestion, and dizziness can occur with ED medicines; individual effects vary. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours or severe symptoms such as chest pain. Sudden vision or hearing loss requires prompt medical help. Tell the treating clinician exactly what you took and when.
BlueChew plan changes, holds, and refunds
The account FAQ distinguishes skipping one order from stopping billing indefinitely until you return. Choose the intended setting and retain the confirmation. A single skipped renewal is not permanent cancellation.
The cancellation policy asks for at least 24 hours before renewal. The account FAQ asks for 48 hours for plan changes needing clinical review and says changes do not affect orders already in process. These deadlines describe different actions. Confirm both the prescription and next order when switching products.
Prescription returns are not accepted. Report a dispensing or shipping problem promptly; contacting support does not itself establish a refund entitlement. The shipping FAQ excludes North Dakota and lists supported territories. Address, account eligibility, and clinician approval still need checking for your product. We have not tested shipping or support, and faster delivery does not remove the assessment and processing stages.

Frequently asked questions
Is BlueChew VMAX FDA-approved?
No. It is a compounded formulation. The approval status of an ingredient-containing conventional medicine does not apply to the finished product.
Can a new customer order it?
The reviewed provider notice limits this product to existing customers already enrolled in the plan. Confirm account eligibility; the public page alone does not establish access.
Is the published price a confirmed checkout total?
No. The figures are dated provider examples. Confirm quantity, strength, shipping, taxes, billing interval, and renewal.
Can I combine it with another BlueChew product?
Do not overlap ED medicines on your own. A clinician who knows your current prescriptions should provide any switching instructions.
